Pros
The job was super flexible with my busy schedule as a high school student! I was able to request off easily and get shifts covered. I built great friendships with many of my coworkers.
Cons
The drama is a big con. Working with all women led to a lot of mean things being said around the studio. The owner, did not care about our complaints and was pretty rude. The manager did not put her foot down and people walked all over her.
