- After master stylist there aren't anymore raises or opportunities for growth - They think it's normal to take up to 7-8 clients a day within 40-50 minutes back to back with no breaks in between - Pay & their idea of "bonuses" are ridiculous especially since we go to school to earn our license and then are underpaid - Studio is dirty 24/7 and nothing ever gets replaced - Franchise owners are cheap - Never any appreciation for employees - A lot of the girls that I've worked with at my location are stand offish and don't want to get to know you - Bad products
