Cons
Geez, where should I start? Management is terribly inexperienced and incompetent, most have NEVER worked in the beauty industry and have zero ability to relate to employees or empathize when the desire to change our working conditions is expressed. They simply don't care about the clients OR employees. Employees are encouraged and bullied into working when sick (and contagious, mind you) , drive and work in dangerous conditions, and basically treated as subhuman slave robots. The ONLY concern here is money and numbers. They herd clients in like cattle and make technicians hustle and bend rules to meet their greedy, selfish requirements. Oh, and plan on working EVERY SINGLE HOLIDAY including Christmas Eve without extra pay because they care nothing about family or Christian values. Technicians are given chores to do daily before, during and after work including scrubbing toilets and mopping as well as laundry and vacuming. They won't hire a professional cleaning crew to deep clean even ONCE per week because ...again ...they are cheap and greedy. But more importantly, when you're done busting your butt for them daily, they still pay like crap. Their ad to recruit more stylists clearly states the potential to make 65,000 a year which is a blantant, outright lie. I can say this truthfully because I'm a full- time, fully booked, highly requested sylists that claimed $24,000 on my taxes last year. This company is a SHAM that will eventually meet its own demise. ... and there I'll be, working for myself, laughing all the way to the bank when I'm making quadruple what these brainless morons pay. Bottom line: a happy employee will make happy customers. Business 101, folks. This joke of a company needs to get a clue soon before word spreads and people find out what a shoddy operation "AMAZING" Lash Studio really is.
