Good commission. Based on the team effort and not your own individual. Get to work in a theme park if that's your thing.
Cons
Huge lack of training. No one told me how to use a cash register and refused to actually stand over me as I needed. Then I was blamed for mistakes that I couldn't help because of the lack of training. I took the job because I thought it was going to involve photography. First of all, some do but they use the lowest end dslr's money can buy. I owned one better than that. I was stuck pasting heads on bodies instead of actually taking pictures. The register system is stupid and slow. You must ring up a sale on one and then re enter the receipt in another. We couldn't use Disney lockers, so all we got was a really small cabinet and no where to store your clothes.
