Capturing the moments of fun and excitement every day can really make it an enjoyable experience.
Cons
Hours of work very due to the Theme Park atmosphere. Some lack of accountability from management causes team to lose moral. Team members call in and cause others to have to cover the slack. Pay structure is below other employers in area.
