Bad upper management - few times that I had to call them I received no answer Business casual is the expected dress code for management both male and female, while the males wore button down shirts and some females do as well there are others that just wear a normal tight shirt and nothing is said. No training for management position Favoritism at its finest Little to no communication from upper management Horrible pay for regular employees it's $14 a hour for management it's $15.50 for store manager it's salary at $23 a hour
