*Compensation for the amount of work you do is not enough, you make $3 less than a standard Universal team. *Constantly outside even in 95+ degree weather, some management will even blame you for heat exhaustion because they think water and 2 mins inside will be enough of a break. *Upper Management not open to opinions * Sees you as a number and not an employee *A lot of opinions from upper management who previews your store only once a month.
