Pros

- Opportunity to work on products and systems at massive scale with real business impact. - Exposure to highly complex problem spaces that accelerate growth as a designer.

Cons

- Pace can be intense, with competing priorities and frequent context switching. - Processes and stakeholder alignment can sometimes slow decision-making, particularly in large organizations. - Organizational changes and shifting priorities can impact long-term project continuity. - Some teams may have more design maturity than others, leading to inconsistent experiences across the company. - Designers may spend a substantial amount of time on operational and alignment work in addition to design execution.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
