Pros
I love the company I been working as a driver for almost 3 months in Minneapolis however the dispatchers been giving all the hours for there friends and I saw this many times we been searching for the hours and when one of the friend arrived he go to the dispatcher and ask for hours and he give it to them and one of my friends he is so fast so he can get the hours the dispatcher blocked him so he is allowed to take one shift then the next shift he is block and we found that when he tried to take next shift but he didn't see the hours and we all saw them and we tried to relax it to home same thing so this dispatcher he can give all the hours to his friend who come everyday and work 8 to 12 hours I feel bad for Amazon to hire such people who destroy the reputation of amazon

Nice working but with this kind of dispatcherstuff and management that don't listen to you and these groups who only benefit their friends I can say it's going down
