+ Always busy, never bored + Lots of opportunity to move into new areas + Lots of talented colleagues to learn from + Still a growing company with a good outlook
Cons
- Departments will usually operate with less staff than needed to the job. - Can be hard to complete tasks to a good standard due to operational burden, work is constant to tsunami levels which can make it extraordinarily hard to prioritise work. - Workload can be tiring at times
