Pros
Great salary & benefits, great potential for advancement (if you fit the profile), with a wide range of career path choices. Great place to work if you don't have a family or other outside commitments, or you are a workaholic.
Cons
Work-Life balance is terrible for managers, especially during peak. Worked 80+ hours during holiday season. Managers straight out of college make less (hourly) than bottom tier associates during peak. Training is almost non-existence for new managers, everything is learned by fire hose, which is fine, but other managers above you really don't know a great deal about some departments and are little help. Younger managers, which are extremely intelligent, have very little real leadership skills and are more worried about getting to the next level than helping those around them. Additionally, many are extremely threatened by older managers with years of leadership/management experience, which can become an issue. Could write more
