Pros
As of now? Nothing. I enjoyed a handful of my coworkers and a few supervisors. The managers were decent, just didn't seem very experienced.
Cons
This company treats its employees like rats. ESPECIALLY distribution workers. Distribution is the only department that was told they had federal holidays off and then basically told: "tough luck, we changed our mind." Distribution usually works SIX days a week because the company is too cheap to hire new workers. That sixth day? Is mandatory overtime! They can literally tell you at nine pm on a Friday night that you have to come in Saturday and if you say no? YOU ARE TWO POINTS AWAY FROM DOCUMENTATION! You go into work and after lunch you are ill and need to leave? THEY HOLD IT AGAINST YOU AND MARK IT TOWARDS A WRITEUP. Basically it is frowned upon to be human at this place. It is FAR from the place it used to be. Do you have a question for HR? ENJOY THE WEEK IT TAKES FOR A RESPONSE. It is literally high school. You get promoted or acknowledged if you are popular and if you try hard to move up or show interest in a position you pretty much get a laugh in the face or ignored until you go away. I hope the founders see this post and I hope they are ashamed. So many powerful and talented employees are walking out because they are treated like dirt, overworked, underpaid, and IGNORED when they want to be something great in the company.
