Pros
Pros: competitive pay, amazing benefits, access to Amazon buildings. (if you're a student great place to study). Good if you like a good stable job that requires absolutely no critical thinking or creativity (all of that is done for you through standard procedures)
Cons
con: No opportunity for upward mobility, you are being watched constantly, every mistake you make the managers will know cause you are tracked via the scanners. You are the Hufflepuff of Amazon divisions. Repetitive tasks, they time all your breaks, (this is understandable when the store is busy and low staffed, but even if the store is empty as hell and they will still time you lol). If the store is not busy and they don't need you they will offer "voluntary time off" because legally they can't send you home if you are scheduled for a shift. without at least 2 hours of pay. If they offer you "voluntary time off" and you don't take it they will literally try to bore you to death until you want to go home.
