no interview, $15.00, break room, flexible hours, able to do everything on an app or pc like scheduling or calling out etc, on-site nurse office, little events where they offer us free food,
Cons
slave labor, the amount of work does not match the pay, micromanagement, breaks, management,HR is 50/50 usually siding with management even when they are in the wrong, being threatened to lose your job every 5min, no desire to improve anything, flawed system, instead of fixing the system they blame the employes, crappy discount system, no free amazon prime, everyone going on break at the same time, when becoming a blue badge everything resets so takes longer to move up or transfer, training not the best, management have there own exclusive group so if your not in it you get treated differently. don't care about you just care about the numbers.
