A lot of really nice people; competitive; will learn a ton; will push you to grow; having it on your resume will take you far; exciting place to be; truly witnessing history being made every day; great benefits.
Cons
It's just pure chaos inside. Operates like a start up still, which is impossible with half a million U.S. employees and an operation this massive. Hard work of constantly trying to defend ourselves against indefensible company problems. Some leadership (not all) is ruthless. Tons of stressful internal churn. Strategy changes constantly. Bloated with mid-level people without much opportunity to grow, after a certain point. Nonexistent internal resources like IT help, etc. If you have a high threshold for internal BS and are good at "managing up" rather than focusing on your actual job, you'll do well here.
