Internal training protal with hundreds of classes to help you get up to speed and let you develop skills that you are interested in. Leadership Principals that are used daily. Most executives really value their Assistants. Their is a level of respect for this position that I apperciate and found lacking at other work places. Fast paced.

Fast paced! If you don't believe in the Leadership Principals, then you should look eslewhere. You are expected to be independent and a problem solver. You also have to learn the "Amazonian" way of doing things. You will be humbled many times, but if you are willing, you can gain vast amounts of experience and knowledge in a short amount of time.
