Pros

Note: This is for Swansea CWL1 location £9.50 an hour at start Paid weekly (£355 ish per week after tax) Overtime if you want to. 4 day work week so 3 days off No interview (just pass safety stuff and you'll be fine) 2 x 30 min breaks (one paid) Everyone wearing masks and (trying to) maintain distance Hand sanitiser everywhere Canteen is not good but decent Vending machines have small choice but pay by card

Cons

Long hours Extremely dull and monotomus Many high and low shelves, physically demanding AC doesn't really work especially on higher floors (be sure to wear shorts!) Industrial sized fans everywhere to combat heat which are very loud Recommends maximum 5 mistakes per week (average check 3000 boxes per week roughly) Cark park rota system designed by a madman Main cark park may be full despite rota system because of contractors Overflow car park access is on one side of duel carrigeway so no access if coming from east side like M4, will have to turn round in the Uni Music over speakers takes random breaks and also is very dated Can be quite lonely My advice, earn some cash and get out while you can.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
