      Pros

      always paid on time. Tracking system for hours was excellent. Could easily call off if needed. benefits are amazing

      Cons

      Unfair with the flow of work. If you are a good worker they will work you to death with no breaks while others get to sit and get free ride. Did not like mandatory work hours. You could call off but it penalizes you. Talking to the manager did not help the situtation. They had opinion boxes but no one really listened. At times it was impossible to reach HR.

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
