Cons
*If you remain in the position for more than a year, you *will* grow outside of the scope of the job. You will find yourself bored and seeking a new challenge. *As with all large corporations, Amazon is inflexible in their policies. You will be the bearer of bad news to the hourly associates. *Amazon seems to have a preference for hiring external University grads as L4+ Area Managers who have no experience over internally-promoting Process Assistants. This is a company-level issue, and is not something that can be resolved by individual site leadership.
