First years compensation is market rate. Very efficient hiring process for the candidate.
Cons
Highly layered. Constraints on how people talk to each other. Hiring process for manager makes brining in new talent very cumbersome. No real standards - all teams operating in silos. Significant biases acros regions - doesn't operate a global team. Comp is out of step with othe FNGs, startups and some financial firms.
