Pros
There are so many good benefits that are at your disposal all the time. It does come down more than anything at this job as who you work with and how your managers treat you as well. But I would recommend this job to anyone who is motivated to work 10 hours a day helping customers get there packages on time.
Cons
It can be challenging to deal with drivers attitudes if they are in a big hurry. But still manageable.
