Pros
Amazon has a lot of great benefits, what I enjoyed the most is the time off. I could come in late or leave early when I wanted too as long as I had time to spare. As for the working conditions: it's different for everyone. Some positions are harder than other and usually the easy positions are already taken quickly. It's also not as easy as I thought to receive a blue badge, which gives you access to all the benefits including school tuition reimbursement. It took me 10 months to start school, while others receive the benefits faster, like within a month. It all depends on the warehouse you work at. Usually, warehouses that are good don't hire often.
Cons
Receiving full benefits can take months depending on the warehouse you work for. All positions have different physical requirements. Some are easy on the body and some are super hard. And they all get paid the same. No extra pay for forklift drivers either. Required to work extra days for prime or when another warehouse needs helps fulfilling orders. Bad management, most of the time.
