Pros

The company does provide some pretty good benefits, i.e. 401k, health insurance, and much more.

Cons

The shifts are only 4-5 hours at the most, but you feel like you worked a 12-hr shift because they work you so hard. The schedule you get is what you get and you don't get any flexibility, unless you sign up for extra shifts in addition to your regularly scheduled shift. They will try to cheat you on incentives like a sign-on-bonus. I was never given my payment ($3,000.00) even though I had every right just like my coworkers. After working over 1 year for them I found out that a coworker that was also hired the same time, and promised the same bonus as me, did not have to provide documentation to get his money. That is why I was told that I couldn't get mine, I didn't have any documentation that I was entitled to any bonus. When I started asking about it, they fired me for an incident that occured 1 month prior and I didn't even know had been an incident. They are sneaky and took advantage of me.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
