Pros
Great opportunity to learn and get involved with work that would be hard to access at other companies. The scale of impact is huge, your time here will be a great resume builder. Also, lots of smart, hardworking people to learn from, and a powerful central ethos about doing the right thing for the customer. I've run into fewer self-serving people here than I've met at other companies of similar stature. Pay can be good, depending on your RSUs and how the stock price is moving.
Cons
Depending on your team, it could be chaotic, with constantly shifting priorities and no long term vision to work backward from. Lots of frustration, confusion, and long hours to compensate for the lack of organization. Not a lot of perks or flexibility on corporate policy. You really are just a cog in a wheel here, and I don't even think our CEO and S-Team would mind me saying that.
