No bonuses All evaluation or promotion raises are primarily composed with stocks that do not vest until after a year and the salary increase is minimal The hardest was the demanding hours for salary exempt having to fill business needs and fill in regularly having to work 12-14 hours regularly even on normal days and potentially more during peak which made work life balancing so hard Conflicting or sometimes contradicting communication from the different departments I.E Safety ,HR and Operations Lateral movement is nigh impossible without some higher up already established having your back College hire program while good Led to over staffing which led to poor training (your onsite team that you would work with are the only one who will train you if they have the time)
