Pros
Opportunity to work on a variety of problems, and opportunity to work in multiple departments gaining a broad array of experience in logistics and warehousing.
Cons
Toxic work culture, one that blames people rather than process. Poor communication from senior leadership to define KPIs, goals, and priorities. A lot of red tape to fix identified issues, which requires a submission of a white paper and multiple approvals prior to implementing solutions. Lower pay than competitors which contributes to the toxic work culture and incentivizes behaviors which are in a managers best interests rather than the department. High attrition, lack of consistency enforcing HR policies.
