Pros
Lots of Opportunity for growth. You work hand-in-hand with your co-workers and associates on the floor. You are learning how to do your job, build relationships, and lead your team. Great way to work on your social skills. Your Problem Solving skills will level up through the roof with the amount of things you have to learn.
Cons
Long Hours. Expect 11-12 Hour work days for 4 days a week. No Overtime pay for working extra days during Prime (July&October] & Peak [Nov/Dec]. Expect to be on your feet and on the floor for 8-10 hours. Your development is based off how good your upper management is. Expect to not promote or grow quickly if you don't have good support from your peers or OM. Lots of Admin work that is focused on metrics. Good Performance is not rewarded but is expected. Over performing will "reward" you into doing even more work.
