Pros

Good pay, flexible, fun environment

Cons

Amazon is one of those companies that has a really high turn over rate, they allow customers to report packages stolen when the app we use clearly shows were at the location and won't even allow you to deliver the next package unless your damn near at the persons door, we scan packages and now take pictures of packages through Amazon's app to prove we've delivered them. They don't do a theral investigation on where the packages could be and just takes the customers word. After so many of these packages not being delivered emails you eventually get deactivated.. How can anyone prevent this from happening and why are we held responsible when Amazon hasn't taking the necessary steps to investigate? To me it just seems like away to get rid of drivers.. Also some of the management staff in the warehouses are rude, disrespectful and treat you how they want!

Pros

Lots of routes available to drive using your own vehicle, both in early morning and in the evenings. Get paid the same day that you drive. Routes are usually pretty tight so you're not doing a lot of long distances between stops.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of miles you'll have to drive. You may average about 20-25 an hour, depending on how long of a block you sign up for. But you'll end up spending at least 1.5 hours pay to put back into your gas tank. You can't choose the area you want to drive in, it's chosen randomly for you. So you could be clear across five counties from the starting point.
