Payment on time. You work when you want.
Cons
One or two reserved blocks/week. If you want more block's you must learn the hours when they throw them online. Overload blocks, over 60 parcels more often and you have around 45 to 55 stops. That means you burn a lot of fuel. Fuel/car service/tax that gives you a ratio of 8£/h. My advice, if you have a big car like an SUV, 7 seater or a small van does not worth it.
