Pros

The paid is ok sometimes.

Cons

Communication is horrible. Their is no phone number to reach anyone beside dispatcher who claims that they cant handle anything. And the last thing is that my money was sent to the wrong account and it take them 3 days to a week to respond to emails only to tell me to contact my bank. No reissue me a new check, and found out who account my money went in. The communicate at amazon flex suck period.

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
