Pros
The hours were great if you need something part time, and the job was super easy with very light manual labor. Pay was ok for how easy the work was. I actually enjoyed the job and my coworkers. I would have stayed had there not been so many issues.
Cons
Unorganized and the flex drivers treated us like garbage. The managers let it happen and sided with the drivers who were contractors. When our group started they had no idea we were even starting that day. They changed our schedule without warning, and many of us had second jobs. We had 3 incidents where we had to file reports. One of those times the cops were called. It was a lot of issues for something that was supposed to be an easy second job.
