Pros
Pay was great. I would say I averaged around $32/hour (not including expenses).
Cons
- They literally hire hundreds of workers for a location. - Shifts (blocks) are nearly impossible to get. - They tolerate drivers who cheat by using bots to get their shifts. There were 3 guys at my location (5845 Highland Ridge Dr, Cincinnati) that were ALWAYS there. Their phones automatically gave them shifts, and they weren't even swiping. - No mileage reimbursement, so $32/hour gets reduced when you pay for gas, maintenance, and general wear and tear on your car. - They will fire you using false data. In my case, they told me I missed a 9:30 p.m. shift. I appealed, told them there is no such thing as a 9:30 shift. My appeal was denied. - Don't be fooled, this is hard work. Yes, I enjoyed doing it, but you will have customers who live on a 4th floor of an apartment building that order big bags of dog food and cat litter and such. Youu will sweat doing this work.
