Pros

It is simple task. you deliver packages. it's all in an app.

Cons

The app system does not always direct you the right location. It wears out your car, customer service and the company itself is careless of what issues you had with the app or delivering the packages. They do not communicate with you directly. The emails and response is pasted or a framed response for everyone. You have to figure it out on your own, whether or not your app is working, and if you do not deliver, it is your fault, and your terminated. They do not even investigate your issue or situation.

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
