Pros

You can make what you put in, very flexible, no vehicle age requirement, generally friendly customers

Cons

App is difficult to use, Amazon cares more about customers than drivers, too many packages at once to deliver and many occasions, restaurants don’t have orders ready in a prompt manner, customer service reps are rude and could care less about drivers.

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
