We get paid every week. They sometimes give VTO (Voluntarily Time-Off) when there's not much orders or receiving to do.
Cons
It's very fast-pace. If your moving too slow, the manager will talk to you. There's three places where we pick from Ambient (room temperature, walk in Chiller, and walk in freezer. Be prepared to walk in a 30 degrees and under freezer year round. There's also Fresh Truck. The introduction video does not mention that. You unload the truck and push it and collect the carts when the driver finish unloading it to the car. The managers are okay. There are favoritism. Be aware of batching times, if you don't slam your bag in time managers will be mad. Amazon treat their customers a lot better than their workers. Additionally, there's are no fixed hours. If you want to pick up a shift you have to go online and fight over them with 100 or more employees. The first 3 months and on-wards your body will ache. The introduction video also says we stretch, we don't. However, you will lose weight. Make sure you stretch and wear comfortable shoes. There's only one small speaker by the mangers desk and you cannot wear headphones.
