-meet honest to nice folks that will help you when lost. -Can pick what ever shifts you want. -Can buy food like sandwiches and good drinks in case you ever forget lunch or a drink at the vending area they have. -work on your own with no one really breathing behind your neck. -Provides gear if dealing with low temp rooms. -Provides equipment for hard to reach places -Brain dead job so easy to do
Cons
-Picking what ever shift literally means that just to make your full hour work week. so you maybe stuck doing morning, nights, mid day so it's a hard cycle to get used to physically.Plus it's sometimes a race to get a shift you want before someone else claims it. - Management is all over the place sometimes they send you to someone else that knows the role. Some managers also have you work faster others tend to be more lenient and let you work at your pace so long as everything gets out on time. -They expect you to be familiar with your job and area prior to the second day of your shift, so someone who may not pick things up as fast as others will have a difficult time getting used to the place till there at least a week in. -Language Barrier where if you don't understand something because you may not speak English may cause a write up from certain management. -No one really ever puts the equipment away for the hard to reach areas so you are constantly moving the equipment back to the designated area it belongs or moving it to the side so you can get thru. -Never really find things where they are unless you really look hard enough and move other stuff out the way. -Equipment giving to you personally I never seen it get sanitized unless it's like the sub zero temp suits that get washed daily but the totes cart seem to just be shared by everyone after use for you to use after so germaphobes beware.
