      Pros

      You could choose the 5-hour shifts that you wanted to work that week.

      Cons

      Standing when you could easily do the same work sitting. Returning hazardous materials. They push you to go faster, faster, faster, but then say you need 'review' of how to do your job when you process too many of one kind of item. It's a conveyer belt of returned items in boxes. You can't control the quality or style of item you are picking off the belt.

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
