      Pros

      Can get some really good routes and get all deliveries completed well within the time provided meaning your earning a decent hourly rate

      Cons

      Self employed and use of own vehicle so have to consider fuel costs and wear and tear of vehicle. Feel workers can be bias about what routes are given to different people

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
