      Pros

      You have the flexibility to create your own schedule, which is a great benefit for me since I have a demanding full-time job. Being able to choose when to pick up hours works well with my busy routine.

      Cons

      The shorter shifts tend to fly by. Retail deliveries and Amazon Fresh routes are ideal if you're in a hurry, but they get picked up fast.

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
