      The ability to set a schedule that works best for you, as well as knowing in advance the exact payment you will receive.

      Cons

      Very often, it’s quite difficult to select the delivery blocks you’re interested in because they get taken by others at lightning speed. Sometimes, this was really frustrating since there was no opportunity to choose the time that suited me.

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
