      - Generally work with talented engineers - Interesting problems & spaces - Possible to work in a nice, healthy group/org - Great Pay - Work/Life Balance is Possible depending on team

      Cons

      - Incentives for individual advancement at odds with serving Customers - Highly Political - Top-Down org with thick management layer that is distant from implementors - RTO is causing major attrition, no one is very happy so much as the job market is bad - Oncall / Uncontrolled time is one solid week

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
