Pros
The amazon location I was employed at was a great employment opportunity when I was going through college. They had good flex schedules, so if I needed to work on projects for school it was easy to make time to do so. They also pay pretty well. If I got really busy with school, I made enough even when working less to take afford what I needed to.
Cons
First, I'd like to say that this issue was specific to the warehouse I worked at and not the company as a whole. In the last few months towards the end of my employment there, the amount of available shifts for me to grab dropped significantly. This ultimately led to my departure from this company.
