      Pros

      It's flexible to work, it is good for someone if they have other things to do.

      Cons

      The Amazon Flex App have problem sometime, and the assigned route and the delivery checkpoints is generated by system and does not making sense sometime. For example, the system will allocate 5 to 6 delivery checkpoints with a long range of a 1.5 hours block, but it's impossible to complete all the checkpoints within 1.5 hours.

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
