-Very high attrition rate, very few employees stay beyond 2 years -Backloaded stocks to compensate for the fact -Most promotions are likability rather than ability based -There is no organizational stability that would help you to grow in any direction -Managers and above are only in for themselves counting days to get off , highly politically charged -Very short term mostly integration projects -Little to no engineering -Very divided and nonsense organizational structure -Directly managed from Seattle, local management is pretty much invisible and this shows -Not a place to stay and grow, not a place to work as a new grad either -Chaotic, confused, too hierarchical for its size
