Pros
Good pay, tons of RSUs. Opportunity to meet some good coworkers. I met Jeff once and he was a great guy and positive and inspiring (at least based on my limited interaction).
Cons
Unless you (or your manager) want to play the politics game, you won't get too far ahead here. I was bored out of my mind and was not challenged at all during my time here. There was too much negativity going around to get anything innovative done. This is a great stepping stone for new graduates trying to learn basics or management wanting to throw other teams under the bus to get ahead, but that's pretty much it.
