Business Outlook
Pros
The company is motivated to not only build, but also really market their products. Level doesn't stand in the way of being able to contribute. I love my team and the products we have built together. Local leadership is smart and demanding in a good way. At the very top Jeff is a great business leader and it is motivating to work for a company with that level of performance.
Cons
Not a lot of perks like free food compared to other Si valley companies. Titles tend to be low compared to other companies and promotions beyond a certain level are very difficult. Raises are very small, but offset by the stock performance.
