Company doing well in the market Get to work on the hottest smart assistant devices in the world Huge product line up to choose from if you get bored with what you're doing Great IT Free gym
Cons
Understaffed for the product scale they're going for. Salary cap, enough said... Terrible HR Over worked, under paid after 2 years (when sign on bonus wears off). Don't count on equity. Equity amount is sad compared to other big companies (e.g Google, etc) Terrible 401k plan, make sure to read through it carefully! Super heavy cross org politics, tons of finger pointing Product development/TPMs ignore lower level engineers' concerns High stress environment all the time
