Pros

The RSUs are good. That's pretty much it.

Cons

Incompetent leadership, horrible schedules, endless nights, death threats, developing mental illness, curling up in the corner crying at night while on meetings, young engineers knowledge stay stagnant because us senior engineers don't have the appropriate amount of time to train
