Pros

- Smart people. The bar is above average on the market due to thorough candidate selection process. - Company reputation. Everyone knows Amazon as a cutting edge company

Cons

- A lot of unnecessary processes & fire drills just for the sake of creating the sense of urgency. TPMs (Technical Project Managers) create more disruption than provide help. - Useless FireOS that can be easily replaced with just pure Android. The company spends ton of efforts to maintain this Monster on surface.
