      More work pressure than normal (remember pay is much more so some extra pressure has to be expected), sometimes have to deal with politics

      Flexible schedule with good pay. Personally, my management is really good. Facility is good.

      Cons

      As a contractor I don’t receive benefits and I’m constantly desk hopping. Hectic job with a lot of competing priorities.
